The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company's terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves.

We shall not be held responsible for any content that appears on your Website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that is rising on your Website. No link(s) should appear on any Website that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.

Third-Party Integrations

Mentor Deck offers optional connections to services including LinkedIn and Microsoft. When you connect an account, you authorize Mentor Deck to access data and take the actions you select on that account, such as importing profile information, checking calendar availability, creating calendar events or Teams meeting links, and publishing a LinkedIn post.

You are responsible for keeping your connected accounts in good standing and complying with LinkedIn, Microsoft, and any other upstream provider terms and policies. Integrations may become unavailable or change if a provider changes its services, permissions, terms, or policies. Mentor Deck is not responsible for the availability or operation of an upstream service.

Privacy Policy

Basic Information

Mentor Deck collects information needed to operate mentorship programs and the optional integrations you choose. You can view and edit your personal profile and request deletion by emailing help@mentordeck.com. When you schedule a meeting, details such as the time and agenda are shared with the mentor and may be viewed by the administrator of your mentorship program. We use encryption to protect your information.

Cookies and Analytics

Mentor Deck uses PostHog to collect usage analytics to improve user experience. Optional analytics are disabled unless you allow them, and you can change your choice at any time.

Third-Party Services

Mentor Deck uses the following providers to deliver integrations and related services.

Integration Data and Retention

We use account, profile, calendar, meeting, and publishing data only to provide the integrations you choose. Profile enrichment from People Data Labs is stored privately until your account is deleted or you request deletion. Calendar availability is cached for up to five minutes. Disconnecting or revoking a provider stops future access where supported, but does not automatically delete existing provider events, bookings, or imported data retained by Mentor Deck. To request deletion, delete your account or email help@mentordeck.com.

Google API Data

Mentor Deck's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
